General conditions of business are applicable for the sale and delivery of merchandise through the company Eventlights.at, operated by Thomas Gattinger. Other conditions imposed by the buyer are legally binding in writing only. The buyer agrees to these terms and conditions upon submission of his/her order.

The customer's order represents an offer to enter into a purchase contract which becomes valid upon delivery of the orderd goods and confirms shipping to the client.

All prices published in the online shop are expressed in EUROs and including 20% of Austrian VAT. Shipping costs are not included. Non-Austrian clients domiciled in the European Union will not be charged for any VAT following disclosure of their UID-Number. Taxes are to be paid in their respective countries.

6. Withdrawal Right

Consumers in the European Union may withdraw from the contract according to the consumerism in their country. Information for German and Austrian consumerism can be found in the German version of this document. With a view of satisfying our clients, our new merchandise is usually replaced without incurring any additional costs in case of malfunction.

7. Shipping

The goods are sent by DHL (Germany, Europe), GLS (Austria), Austrian postal service (Austria) or UPS (Express service outside Germany and Austria).

8. Shopping duration

Goods are shipped immediately following the receipt of payment. If orders/payments arrive before 12:00am (CET) the goods are dispatched on the same day. Parcels usually arrive within 1-2 days in Austria and Germany, and 2-5 days in other EU countries. Guaranteed 1-day service (with extra shipping fees) is available in Austria (postal service/EMS), Germany (DHL Express) and the EU (UPS Express). Please contact us regarding express fees.

10. Payment options

We offer the following payment options:

- PayPal / Credit card: Most convenient for international customers. Customers can pay directly within the shopping cart or send money to our PayPal email address: paypal@eventlights.at

- Advanced bank credit transfer: Goods are being dispatched immediately following the cash receipt.

Customer-data is not forwarded to any other party except for our logistic partners with the sole purpose of shipment.

12. Conditional sale, warranty

Goods remain in the possession of Eventlights.at until receipt of the full payment. We offer a warranty as required by consumerism in the relevant country or under EU laws.

13. Applicable Law, legal domicile

The contract parties agree to govern and construe any contract in accordance with Austrian law. The legal domicile is Gmunden/Austria.

14. Place of Performance

The place of performance is the headquarters of Eventlights in Laakirchen/Austria.

Any information, graphics and design of this website is copyright-protected and may not be used without the written permission of Eventlights - Thomas Gattinger.

16. Board of arbitration

We accept the Austrian Internet Ombudsmann (www.ombudsmann.at) as extrajudicial board of arbitration.

17. Miscellaneous

The inefficiency, invalidity as well as annulment of individual regulations don't affect the virtue of the remaining regulations laid out in these general business conditions. The UN purchase right, as well as any regulations that refer to the UN purchase right, is expressly excluded.
